We use Dalsey Hillblom Lynn (DHL). It is a German logistic company providing international shipping and courier services. At Fashionable Afrika Marketplace, our priority is to meet the demands of direct express shipping to our customers.

DHL Express is one of the fastest international delivery services, providing a delivery time of 1-6 business days for most major destinations. As most of our products are made to our specifications, our products are delivered within a minimum of two (2) weeks.
DHL clears the shipment at the destination as normal but invoices any import duties, taxes, or other regulatory charges that may apply to the duty tax account specified on the waybill. The DTP charge applies whenever the shipper requests that duties, taxes, or other regulatory charges billed outside the destination country be paid by the customer. The customer pays for the shipping cost.

Upon customer request, DHL will obtain a signature from the receiver or representative at the delivery address. In case no one is at the delivery address, DHL will reattempt delivery. DSR shipments can’t be re-routed, dropped in a post box, or left with a neighbour. The receiver is authorised to arrange an alternative delivery time at the same delivery address or collect the shipment from a DHL-owned service point.
