J&H Mouth-watering (Shito 380ml)

Ingredients:
Red pepper, vegetable oil, ginger, dried fish, dried shrimps, garlic, and spices.

The sauce is used as an accompaniment to fish dishes or kenkey. It is also eaten with steamed white rice or hollow rice, fried plantains, bread, green vegetables, eba, and waakye (a dish made from rice and beans) and even some add to their soap with fufu.
